Been quiet around here on the blog. So much to feel, little to say. I shot this a month ago looking over Saugerties just hours after my mother passed away. This time may be a blur when I look back, but I am reassured daily by the gestures big and small of the people in my life. I know these are the things that will stay with me. Even the possibility of a great holiday comes to light with a friend saying “have a very special Christmas this year, honor yer Mama, celebrate her, and each other.”
